I believe in living the good life, according to one’s abilities and ideally in good company. For me that rests on respect, openness, and honesty, and I look for the same in the people around me.

With Greek roots, and having spent a few years in France, I take a good table seriously: food, wine, and conversation that lingers. Away from it, you’ll find me playing guitar and singing, reading classic literature, watching a good film, or dancing at a salsa night.

As a host, I love watching quiet, possibly nervous newcomers relax and genuinely enjoy themselves. I’ve been there myself.
