Honest feedback helps us grow. Thoughtful feedback helps us improve.

Our Hosts and organizers invest their time, energy, creativity, and care into creating meaningful experiences for our community.

We welcome feedback, including criticism, and believe that members should feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

At the same time, we ask that feedback be fair, specific, respectful, and constructive.

What Makes Feedback Useful?

When evaluating an event, please consider:

A personal preference or unexpected circumstance does not necessarily mean an event was poorly organized.

Ratings Below Five Stars

You are always free to give an honest rating.

However, if you rate an event four stars or below, we strongly encourage you to explain why.

In particular, please consider answering:

What could our organizing team have done differently to make your experience better?

Specific suggestions are much more useful than unexplained ratings.

For example, feedback about unclear instructions, late communication, poor coordination, or an uncomfortable event format can help us improve.
